This year IIA Lithuania is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
We are happy to announce that IIA Lithuania organizes the International
Conference "5 KEY POINTS TOWARDS INTERNAL AUDIT EFFECTIVENESS",
which will be held ON 4 MAY, 2017 IN VILNIUS, THE CAPITAL OF LITHUANIA.
The Conference is dedicated to the subject of internal audit effectiveness: what could be those key points leading to the increase in effectiveness of internal auditor and internal audit activity? This topic is highly important in the context of striving to meet the expectations of the management and other stakeholders in rapidly changing business and technological environment.
Our Conference is an important event of the year for every internal auditor and for others that are related to or interested in this area. Presentations will be delivered by international and local experts who have significant experience in the field of internal audit as well as in other areas which are no less important for every internal auditor. The presentations will provide information, insights and best local and foreign practices in governance, risk management, fraud detection, organizational culture and behavior, and cyber security. During the conference we are going to have a special interactive presentation. You will be pleasantly surprised to see tricks and their performance methodology, as well as, the most common errors of thinking and their influence on decisions-making efficiency will be presented.
On 5 May, 2017 the conference will continue with the training "TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES FOR AN EFFECTIVE INTERNAL AUDITOR" on auditing effectiveness with Jean - Pierre Garitte, a highly experienced international governance, risk management and internal audit practitioner, consultant and trainer.
